Our entire female cats have their own indoor living quarters complete with lots of natural light, skylights, ceiling exhaust ventilators, industrial fans and air conditioning. Our entire males have an outdoor living enclosure with roll up/ roll down insect screening to keep them safe from mosquitoes and snakes. The cats also have their own dedicated grooming area and laundry. We also have an outdoor exercise enclosure so our cats can enjoy the outdoors and laze in the sun. Our retired desexed cats live in the house with us, as do our mums with babies, although 50% of my day is spent in the cattery washing and grooming my cats. We are very proud of our cattery setup.

Outdoor Male Cat Runs
Our entire males have an outdoor living enclosure with roll up/ roll down insect screening to keep them safe from ticks, flies, mosquitoes and snakes. Wd would love them to,live indoors with us but unfortunately most male studs frequently spray pungent smelling urine to mark their territory which makes it impossible for them to be house cats. The outsoor enclosue makes it possible for us to pressure wash and disinfectant their living quarters.
Maternity Pens inside our House
Our expecting queens are brought down to our house to our fully enclosed patio room so that they can be closely monitored while birthing and raising there litters. This also allows the kittens to be fully socialised with people and everyday household noises. The mothers are let out of the cages to roam within the patio area.
This area is also monitored 24x7 by close circuit cameras so that we can closely monitor mothers and babies. We can even remotely monitor them via our mobile phones.
